  • Yes – every item is hand-blown or hand-shaped, so slight variations in shape, color, or tiny bubbles are part of its charm and authenticity.

  • We offer custom collaborations in select cases. Please contact us to explore possibilities.

  • ome pieces (like drinkware) are dishwasher safe on a delicate cycle. However, we recommend hand-washing to preserve longevity. See our Care Instructions for more info.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • Typically 3–5 business days within the EU, and 5–10 business days for other regions.

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after you receive your confirmation email.

  • Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in original condition.
